The minecart will automatically attach itself and begin moving the chest. You can then control the direction of the minecart by using the WASD keys. This will prevent the chest from getting stuck on corners or other objects. If you need to stop the minecart, simply press the spacebar. So, if you’re looking for a fast and efficient way to move chests around Stardew Valley, be sure to use a minecart. You won’t regret it!

If there’s a lot of chests to move, try organizing them into groups first.

This will make it easier to keep track of them and prevent them from getting lost. Also, be sure to label each chest so you know what’s inside. That way, you can easily find what you’re looking for when you need it. Happy moving!

If you’re moving a lot of chests, it might be worth investing in a second minecart. This will save you time in the long run, as you won’t have to keep stopping to switch between minecarts. Plus, it’s always good to have a backup in case one of them breaks down. With two minecarts, you can also move two chests at the same time. This is especially useful if you need to move a lot of chests in a short amount of time. Just be sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t collide with each other.

If you have a lot of items in your inventory and need more space, store them in a chest until you can sell them or give them away.

This is a great way to free up space in your inventory, and it’s also safer than just dropping them on the ground. Just be sure to label the chest so you know what’s inside.

Use a dolly or wheelbarrow to make the process easier

If you’re moving a lot of chests, you might want to invest in a dolly or wheelbarrow. This will make the process a lot easier and faster, as you won’t have to lift the chests yourself. You can find dollies and wheelbarrows at the Carpenter’s Shop. Once you’ve got your dolly or wheelbarrow, simply place it next to the chest you wish to move and left-click on the chest. The dolly or wheelbarrow will automatically attach itself and begin moving the chest. You can then control the direction of the dolly or wheelbarrow by using the WASD keys. If you need to stop, simply press the spacebar. You can also use a dolly or wheelbarrow to move other objects around, such as barrels and crates. Just keep in mind that they can’t be used to move furniture. So, if you’re looking for an easy and efficient way to move chests around Stardew Valley, be sure to use a dolly or wheelbarrow.

Wrap any fragile items in bubble wrap for extra protection

If you’re moving any fragile items, be sure to wrap them in bubble wrap for extra protection. This will prevent them from breaking during the move. You can find bubble wrap at the General Store. Simply buy a few sheets and wrap them around any fragile items before placing them in the chest. With bubble wrap, you don’t have to worry about your items getting damaged during the move. Plus, it’s a lot cheaper than buying insurance.
